In-Depth EA Fellowship

Michalemas Term In-Depth Fellowship applications open here until September 27th 23:59 BST.

The EA Cambridge In-Depth Fellowship is a forum for people who have a background understanding of Effective Altruism to explore related questions more deeply, with a focus on addressing career and donation-related uncertainties.

The In-Depth Fellowship lasts eight weeks. Every week, fellows will be given some preparatory reading and exercises to complete in advance of a 1.5-hour discussion in groups of three to five with a facilitator. The discussions will take place remotely over Zoom or in-person in Cambridge. Fellows will also have the opportunity to participate in Q&As with individuals working in the fields they are reading about and to meet fellows from around the world.

You can see the curriculum of the most recent round of the In-Depth Fellowship here,

The fellowship is open to all, whether you're an undergraduate, postgraduate, faculty member, or unaffiliated with the University of Cambridge. We are committed to building a diverse cohort of fellows. Evidence suggests that underprivileged individuals tend to underestimate their abilities. We do not want the application process to dissuade potential candidates and we strongly encourage interested students to apply regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, nationality, ability, etc.

If you would liked to be notified about future rounds of the In-Depth Fellowship, please complete this short form.
